Hi I am working in India Reserve Battalion working since 1999 and know how difficult police man job is. So in this blog I use to motivate my fellow service man about how to do better in service and how to become a good person. My favorite area of interest and area of hobby is computer programming and writing on any subject which helps my fellow service personnel . I used to write on police subject and any new developments about duty and allowance or rule and regulations which affect a police man.
Recently I read a book published by BPR&D which is an educational book for police man to know the Human behavior. So i decided to write about that book because all police man should know the human behavior as we are dealing with public
